Catering for your event
We cook for groups up to 30 people. Delicious, healthy, colorful food and drinks from our terrain. From home made cookies to entire grand dinners, salad buffets to spectacular Croatian dishes from the "peka", from the rostilj or the witches cook pot. Served in informal buffet style, or restaurant-style on beautifully set tables.
Special diets, allergies, needs
Our food for groups is usually so varied that also people with special requests can find themselves the dishes that nurture them well. It might be that not all (side) dishes are suitable for them, but the accompanying cards will tell about the ingredients.
Seasonal food from our land
We prefer to serve what comes from our climate and from that time of the year. We grow and forage most of our ingredients from our (organic) terrain, or we buy them from old ladies on the local market.
Examples of seasonal food:
In spring we can serve colourful salads, spinach, kale, sprouts, broccolini, asperagus, spring onions and leeks, broad beans, peas, snaps, soups with nettle and wild foraged herbs...
The summer months are good for zucchini's, corn, beets, carrots, cabbages, tomatoes, aubergines, green beans, fresh lentils & chickpeas, young potatoes, edible flowers and fresh berries...
In autumn we still have fresh tomatoes, aubergines, beets, carrots, beans, potatoes, sweet potatoes, spinach pies, mushrooms, sweet chestnuts, walnuts and hazelnuts, edible flowers...
It is also possible to serve meat dishes. We grow our own rabbits and chickens and lamb or pork meat we buy from neighbours. All our meat comes from happy animals that had a good life, ate healthy organic greens and are butchered with respect.

For day visitors we can serve coffee, tea, home made herbal teas and cookies.
A delicious soup at the end of the day is also possible.

Your group stays more days
Full or partial catering are both possible. We can serve breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, or restaurant style served plates.
Breakfast
For breakfast, think of fresh bread (made with yeast and/or sourdough), cake, cereals, porridge, home made yogurt, home made jams, fruit salads of seasonal fruits, nuts and seeds. Juices, herbal teas, water kefir and kombucha for drinks.
Lunch
Tell us about your preferences for lunch. We can prepare a picknick, a buffet, restaurant style, light lunches or lunch as the main meal of the day.
Lunch can be bread with home made spreads (hummus, baba ganush, nut spreads), omeletes (filled with greens), spinach pie or quiche, a colourful salad, with or without soup...
Dinner
Like with lunch: how do you like it? We are ready to serve a light buffet, or prepare you a festive 4 course dinner, or anything in between. We make the most fantastic mushroom risotto and the best lasagna you'll ever taste. We do soups, fresh pasta's, quiches and pies, stews, salads, roasted potatoes and optionally (slow cooked or grilled but always organic) meat.
