Our family-run campsite sits on a peaceful hilltop in the heart of Croatia, surrounded by forest and birdsongs. Life here is simple, close to nature, and full of small joys we love to share with our guests.
Most spots come with a hammock and a simple fire pit, perfect for campfires under the stars.
When the sky is clear, the Milky Way stretches right above you; with pure air and no light pollution, the stars shine brighter than you’ve ever seen!
Our campsite is and will always remain small, natural, and simple, so every guest can truly enjoy the peace of nature and the presence of wildlife. The narrow road leading here reminds you: this is a genuine countryside hideaway. And once you arrive, you’ll feel just how wonderfully quiet and calming it is.

Pause, rest, and breathe in nature: we're just an hour south from Zagreb and an hour north of the Plitvice waterfalls.
Our area is great for hiking, for swimming in clean rivers (Korana, Mreznica), bicycling, horse riding, collecting mushrooms and sweet chestnuts...
If you like, you can join us at the dinner table for a good, organic meal from our terrain.
It is sometimes possible to buy seasonal fruits and vegetables or eggs, home made yoghurt or bread, herbal teas and other products from our land. Ask us for the possibilities.
Our terrain (8 hectares) is designed with permaculture principles. For us, permaculture (regenerative agriculture and sustainable living) is an harmonious integration of design and ecology.
If you are interested in seeing permaculture in action, real life examples of how permaculture can be a solution for nowadays problems, you can ask Barbara for a guided tour.
We do our best to live in harmony with nature.
Anything decomposable goes to the chickens. If you like, you can give your fruit and vegetable peels to the rabbits (but only after asking Barbara).
The compost is later used in the garden to grow our food.
Some of your empty jars and bottles we reuse for our own jams and wines, or to store grains, seeds and nuts.
Your paper waste we can use to make pressed "paper bricks", that burn up to 2 hours in our stove!
The wood ash from your camp fire goes to the dust bath of the chickens.
