We will contact you about payment options and bank details when you book a course with us.
For all our courses, a deposit is required to secure your place. For one-day workshops, the full fee needs to be paid when booking.
If you cancel:
More than 2 months before the course starts: we refund 100% of the course fee, minus a €50 administration fee (€20 for 1 day workshops).
Between 2 months and 1 month before the course starts: we refund 50% of the course fee, minus the administration fee.
Between 1 month and 2 weeks before the course starts: we refund 25% of the course fee, minus the administration fee.
Less than 2 weeks before the course starts: no refund is available.
Instead of a refund, you can also choose to transfer the amount you have paid to a future course within the following 18 months.
Because we count on you being there. Courses need a minimum number of participants to make them viable, and we often keep places available for people who receive a bursary. When someone cancels close to the start date, it can be difficult or impossible for us to fill that place again. This affects the viability of the course and, in some cases, could mean cancelling the course for everyone.
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you can no longer attend, you are also welcome to transfer your place to someone else and recoup your course fee that way. Please let us know by email if you would like to do this, so we can update the participant information.
If Bogata Šuma / Country Life Academy has to cancel a course for any reason, we will refund 100% of all deposits and course fees paid
