From 31 January to 7 June, join our full 72-hour online Permaculture Design Course. It is held every other Saturday morning with experienced international teachers. Upon completion, you’ll receive your official PDC certificate and become a member of the Permaculture Association (Britain).

The course starts on Saturday 31 Jauary and will end on June 7th.
The sessions are on Saturdays 09.30 - 13.00 (UK time, so 10:30-14:00 in Central Europe) every 2 weeks, and there are 2 extra sessions on a Sunday (1 Feb and 7 June).

The course team will deliver 11 live teaching sessions on Zoom that will bring permaculture to life with a mix of interactive lectures, group work and design exercises. We will draw on decades of experience from our own work, and that of the wider permaculture network.
In addition, we will invite inspiring guest speakers to share their specialist subjects.
In between sessions there will be many opportunities to practice designing on your own site or a local project, and to deepen the learning with your own exploration of videos, handouts, websites and literature. You will be also able to team up with others in a peer group for mutual support and inspiration.
As this is an online course, you can join us from wherever you are. We look forward to a diverse group of students from many backgrounds and different parts of the world sharing their experiences and perspectives.
Empowerment is the essence of the course. We will be using a variety of online teaching methods that will get you outside and interacting with your home, work and garden environment to create a fun, lively & inclusive learning environment.
Running as a thread through the course is a design activity that helps to consolidate all of the learning. It will empower you to apply permaculture back into your own home, life and community.
As a group we will benefit from collaborative learning and from having fun together.
We don't expect any previous knowledge. We recognise that everyone has their own unique skills, knowledge & areas of interest to bring to the course.
